Delivery Policy
At Murphy's Furniture & Mattresses, we take pride in our white glove delivery service, ensuring that your furniture reaches you in perfect condition. From unpackaging to assembly, to setting up pieces in your home, we take all the stress away from a furniture purchase. Our delivery team is courteous and neat, and experienced in all kinds of assembly.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. If you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. You can shop with confidence, knowing we will always put the customer first!

In the rare occurrence an item is damaged upon delivery we will need to be notified immediately, and a repair or replacement will be initiated.

All refunds or returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your item(s).

Item(s) being returned must be in new condition and accompanied by original packaging and receipts.

All pick-ups of items must be inspected upon pick-up and acceptance.

Once an item is received and accepted, we can no longer process a refund.

Due to the immediate production process, all special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee if cancelled or changed after 72 hours.

We do not accept returns on any bedding items, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and comforters.
